Salacia simplifies environmental impact tracking for companies and investors. Our Software-as-a-Service platform effectively tracks, manages and reports on their environmental impact. You will work directly with our clients and with our data engineers and developers to succesfully integrate client data into our solution. You and your team members are responsible for correctly determining the impact of our clients and visualizing them in powerful dashboards. Also, you are constantly thinking of ways to improve and scale up our product. This requires a whole lot of creativity and talent.

Diversity
A forest consisting of one species of trees is fragile. Diversity means resilience. This also applies to our startup. The more diverse, the better we can handle the storm.
Informal
We are informal, open and sincere in our contact. Both within our team, and with our clients
Fun
We have as much fun as possible during work. Or we work as much as possible during having fun.
Trust
We trust in our own and each other's qualities. We take responsibility for our own work, but we also have each other's back.
Equality
Each voice is equally important: the best argument wins. Whether you have a week or a decade of experience, we can all learn from each other.
Team spirit
We invest in each individual's growth. But no team member is more important than the wellbeing and success of the team as a whole. We invest in that together.
Idealism
We're curious, critical and idealistic. A little activist even. We are not afraid to give our opinion. More importantly: we're definitely not afraid to change it.
Purpose
We don’t work just to earn a living. We continuously discuss the ‘why do we do what we do’-question. As individuals and as a team. For ourselves, our clients and for society.
Preach and practice
We believe in practice what you preache. We track our own impact and are continuously looking for ways to decrease it.
